1. The main oil pump adopts the well-known Rexroth piston pump in the industry, and the power system is designed with a parallel connection of dual power units. The two power units have the same specifications and serve as backups for each other, which greatly enhances the reliability and versatility of the equipment and ensures the stable operation of the equipment under various working conditions. 

2. The S-tube features a streamlined design, which reduces the flow resistance of concrete. It is formed under pressure, and the inner wall is overlaid with wear-resistant welding electrodes, endowing it with high strength and a long service life. The spline shaft is made of chromium-molybdenum alloy and undergoes special heat treatment. The eyeglass plate and the cutting ring adopt the technology of hard alloy inlay. They are highly wear-resistant and have excellent sealing performance, ensuring the sealing of the water-washing pipeline. A six-point lubrication pump is used, effectively extending the service life of the wear parts.

3. The heat dissipation system adopts a dual cooling system of air cooling or water cooling, which is applicable not only to high-temperature climates but also to extremely cold climates. It can effectively control the oil temperature of the hydraulic system, ensuring the safety and reliability of the equipment during operation.

4. The hydraulic system is equipped with an oil return filter, with a filtration accuracy of 25um. It conducts multiple filtrations and provides protection for the oil products, boasting extremely high stability and low usage cost.

5. The control system adopts Siemens PLC and has the communication and transmission function. Through the means of centralized control, the intelligence of the equipment operation is realized, making the operation and management of the equipment more efficient and convenient.

6. The hydraulic system adopts an open design with electro-hydraulic dual control. The main system is fully hydraulically controlled, and the reversing system has the function of electro-hydraulic dual control, allowing for one-click switching of the control mode. This design takes into account both the reliability of the equipment during normal operation and the simplicity and safety during maintenance and repair, providing a strong guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the equipment. 7. The main oil pump uses large-flow and high-pressure piston pumps of the Kawasaki series or Rexroth series, which can achieve constant power adjustment and stepless variable displacement.

8. The valve group adopts the hydraulic valve group of the Huade brand. It has a large flow capacity, low energy loss and a long service life. The equipment is equipped with electro-proportional control technology, and the working displacement is precisely controlled by the electro-proportional valve. Operators can remotely adjust the displacement, which improves the flexibility and accuracy of the equipment operation.
