ZR mobile cast-in-place equipment with balance powder metering and automatic batching is the first in China. Organic and inorganic materials are compounded into viscous thermal insulation slurry, and the foam integrity rate is over 98%.

The patented cast-in-place equipment automatically feeds, stirs and measures, so that all components of the composite foam concrete are integrated with each other, which avoids the bleeding and segregation of the slurry, and the product quality is stable, with the production capacity of 15m3/h, thus realizing the pumping mechanization of thermal insulation construction.
