Product features
1. Full hydraulic control reversing hydraulic system is adopted: pumping and S-pipe distribution reversing actions do not need the participation of electric signals, and the reversing impact is small and the noise is low, which obviously improves the service life of hydraulic pumps and valves.
2. The whole hydraulic control system omits the intermediate link of electric control signal, which greatly improves the operation reliability of the whole set of equipment.
3. Centralized valve plate is adopted: the hydraulic valve of the main system is centralized on the valve plate, so as to reduce cross-connected pipelines, make the system more compact and reduce the chance of oil leakage.

Hydraulic valve adopts famous brands at home and abroad. The special hydraulic valve for hydraulic control concrete pump has the advantages of large flow rate and small energy loss, which ensures the reliability of the system and saves energy.
The hydraulic hose connector adopts American Eaton products to ensure the safety and no leakage of the hydraulic system.
The radiator adopts plate-fin air-cooled radiator (motor) to ensure that the system works at the highest allowable temperature.
The seal of large oil cylinder adopts American Parker products.

The hopper is newly designed and welded with 16 manganese steel, which is wear-resistant; The concrete has good fluidity and absorbability in the hopper.
The S-tube valve is integrally cast with high manganese steel, and the wear-resistant surface is surfacing with wear-resistant materials, which has the dual advantages of high pressure resistance and wear resistance. The transition of the inner cavity is smooth, the concrete flows smoothly inside, and the pumping performance is further improved. The spline shaft adopts alloy material for special surface treatment, which improves the wear resistance and fatigue strength.
Glasses plate and cutting ring are made of cemented carbide inlay, which is durable. The mixing system has a unique double sealing structure, which is filled with high-pressure lubricating oil to prevent mortar from entering and protect the mixing shaft. Adopt high wear-resistant and large arc stirring blades to feed, effectively improve the suction performance.
The concrete piston is made of imported materials by precision machining, which has excellent quality of hydrolysis resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance.

Centralized lubrication system adopts progressive distributor to supply oil to lubrication points one by one, which can be timed and accurate, saving oil consumption.
