However, due to three major problems of dry shotcrete machine, the country is now vigorously promoting wet wet spraying machine, which has the advantages of low dust, low rebound rate, high construction efficiency and low use cost.

1. Variable main oil pump
The injection quantity is continuously adjustable (stepless speed change);

2. Variable plunger accelerator pump
The adding amount of accelerator can be adjusted continuously: it can be adjusted steplessly within the range of 0-9%;

3. Glasses plate, cutting ring
Glasses plate and cutting ring are made of cemented carbide inlay, which is durable.

4. Synchronous lubricating pump
Synchronous lubrication system effectively prolongs the service life of worn parts;

5. Small size
The product wheel design is small and flexible, easy to move and simple to maintain;

6. Hydraulic pipeline connector
The hose is supplied by Italy Afgama or America Gates.

7. Wireless remote control
Adopt dual wireless remote controllers imported from Taiwan Province, and the operation is simple and convenient.

8. Accelerator addition and control technology
Domestic famous brand metering pumps measure accurately, and the mixture of atomized jet and nozzle material makes the accelerator and concrete mix evenly;

9. Low rebound rate
When dry spraying, the rebound degree of concrete reaches 15%-50%, and when wet spraying technology is adopted, the rebound rate can even be reduced to below 10%, which effectively saves costs.
